Shipping Policy

Straightforward shipping, clear costs, and no surprises.

We ship all orders from our California warehouse. Our goal is to get your artificial flowers to you as quickly and safely as possible, without unnecessary packaging or hidden fees. The shipping cost depends on your order total, and we offer a free shipping threshold that covers most standard orders.

The free shipping threshold applies to the subtotal after any discounts or promotions but before tax. If your order qualifies, the shipping cost will be automatically removed at checkout. For orders below $39.00, the $5.99 rate covers handling and carrier fees for delivery within the contiguous United States.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reach addresses in the lower 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 5 to 8 business days, and the $5.99 flat rate does not apply to those destinations — we will calculate the actual carrier cost at checkout and show it before you confirm your order.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are sent via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) based on the destination and package weight. We choose the carrier that provides the most reliable service for your specific area rather than defaulting to a single provider.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also check the status of your shipment anytime using the Track Order page on our site. Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of the package being scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking information does not update for more than three business days, or if the delivery date passes without the package arriving, contact us at Support@tabletcustodia.com. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf and provide an update within one business day.

Packaging and product protection

Artificial flowers require specific packing to prevent bending or crushing during transit. We use rigid cardboard boxes with internal dividers or padded inserts that keep each stem separated. Taller arrangements are packed with extra support around the stems, and we avoid overpacking so the items do not press against each other.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, take photos of the box before opening it. If the flowers inside are bent, broken, or otherwise not in usable condition, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions. We cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged in transit.

International and APO shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping to other countries. For APO/FPO addresses, we use USPS Priority Mail, and delivery times vary based on the destination military postal code. The free shipping threshold and $5.99 flat rate apply to APO/FPO addresses as long as they are within the U.S. postal system.

Address changes and delivery issues

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can catch the order before it is packed, but we will do our best if the request is received within a few hours of the order being placed. Once the package is in the carrier’s system, we cannot redirect it — you will need to coordinate with the carrier directly using the tracking number.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or any secure mailroom. If the package still cannot be located, we can file a missing package claim with the carrier, but we are not able to issue a refund or replacement until the claim is resolved. This is standard practice across most carriers and helps protect both our customers and our shipping process.
